We could not stop eating these creamy chocolatey truffles. They are made with only a few healthy ingredients and come together quickly in your mini food processor.

All you need is cottage cheese, I use full fat, cacao powder, or cocoa powder, and a liquid sweetener like maple syrup or honey to make these delicious little treats. My favorite part is the creamy center and the salt to offset for the sweetness.

  • Add your cottage cheese to a mini food processor and pulse until smooth. Then add in maple syrup and cacao powder and pulse until smooth, taking care to stop and scrape down the sides when needed. Taste and adjust sweetnees if you need to. Transfer mixture to a container, smooth out and cover and refrigerate for 4 hour or overnight.
  • Using a scooper, measure out about 2 teaspoons and form into a ball and place on a parchment lined plate. Repeat and then transfer to your freezer for 30 minutes – 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil over low heat in a small pot. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Once melted and smooth, transfer the melted chocolate to a small bowl. Working quickly, dip the balls one at a time into the chocolate and then place back onto the parchment lined plate. Repeat. Once done, sprinkle on some flaky salt and transfer to your fridge to set for 10 minutes.

Store leftovers in fridge.
